About

Rebecca Forty

I support clients with a wide range of issues, particularly family and relationship difficulties, as well
as feelings of worthlessness and low self-esteem. I believe everyone deserves a place to share their
struggles, even those that feel uncomfortable, messy or shameful. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where all parts of you are welcome and you can bring whatever is troubling you, at your own pace. I will listen and offer questions and reflections.

Together we will create a space where you can gain insight, explore emotions and begin to make
changes. I consider inclusivity as essential to my work and am committed to providing an anti-discriminatory practice. I provide affirmative support to clients of all sexualities, genders and racial, class and cultural backgrounds as well as those in different relationship structures. I respect each client's
individuality, experience and value.

My practice is grounded in Transactional Analysis and a relational approach. This means together,
we will look at how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you. This work is
typically open-ended and goes beyond solution-oriented symptom management, instead focusing
on self-discovery, self-acceptance and sustainable change.
