Hello and welcome, my name is Lotte, I am a registered Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist (COSRT), HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner, and clinical supervisor. Currently I work with both individuals and couples.
My therapeutic work is informed by a depth-oriented, relational and Jungian approach. I have a particular interest in unconscious processes and the integration of complex trauma through both verbal and non-verbal modalities.
With a grounding in psychoanalytic traditions, I understands therapy as a co-created space where both client and therapist engage in a shared journey toward healing, meaning-making, and deeper self-awareness. Through this process, relational patterns, archetypal themes, and unconscious material can emerge, offering new ways of seeing and being.
I have over 15 years experience working with individuals and couples navigating psychosexual, attachment, and relational difficulties. Over the years I have developed a specialism in working with people who have experienced sexual violence—both in childhood and/or adulthood—and offer long-term therapeutic work that honours the complexity of the healing process. I see my clients weekly (minimum) or twice weekly.
My practice is pluralistic and weaves together psychoanalytic thought (Jungian, Freudian and Object Relations theory), trauma-informed care, EMDR, and psychosexual psychotherapy. I believe that images, dreams, the body, and creative expression are vital in the exploration and transformation of our lives, offering access to deeper layers of the psyche and pathways toward meaning and integration.
