Seeking out support can be challenging at the best of times, especially if you don’t know where to start. I truly believe that the therapeutic journey is one that we create together and should be tailored to you as an individual, within a supportive and validating space.

Whether you feel you need short-term focused therapy to help with a current problem, long-term therapy to support unpacking a series of events in your life, or you are still unsure, it is all valid and I’m happy to discuss. I offer an empathic and accepting space for you to explore your experiences as you seek a deeper self-awareness and healing, to better your everyday life.

Everyone’s experience is different regardless of similar histories or labels, medical or otherwise. We all feel things differently and that is why I keep the therapeutic relationship and listening to what you feel is most important, at the core of my approach. I use a variety of trauma-informed treatment types within my practice, based in humanistic, psychoanalytical and psychodynamic theories.

By integrating theories such as Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and the creativity and expression of the arts,
my practice will always have a relational focus and be continuously collaborative, putting your needs and empowerment at the centre.

I am a fully qualified Integrative Arts Psychotherapist with HCPC registration and am registered with the UKCP as a psychotherapist in training, working towards full accreditation in private practice. I have supported adults in the NHS, voluntary and private sector who have been impacted by a wide range of issues including:

– chronic pain and illness
– perimenopause and menopause

– relationship issues
