Matt’s approach is rooted in person-centred therapy. He believes that meaningful change happens within a safe, collaborative relationship, where clients are supported to explore what matters most to them at their own pace. He offers a compassionate, non-judgemental space to reflect on your experience, and reconnect with your own inner resources.
Matt’s experience is with clients seeking support with depression, anxiety, crises of meaning, loss, addiction, and major life transitions – though you do not need to meet this particular criteria to work with him. He brings curiosity and care to each therapeutic relationship, recognising that every person’s experience is unique and deserves to be met with respect and openness.
Matt is a UKCP-registered trainee psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP, currently completing an MSc at Metanoia Institute. He offers both short-term and open-ended therapy to adults.
