About

Sara Vazquez Browne

Are you navigating loss or a life transition, or feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected? Perhaps you would like space to reflect, understand yourself more deeply, and explore how you experience life and relationships.

I offer a warm, inclusive, confidential and non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your feelings, experiences and identity. Together, we can develop a trusting therapeutic relationship grounded in acceptance, curiosity and thoughtful challenge.

I am a relational integrative psychotherapist, drawing on psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. Our work will centre your needs, giving you space to unpack and process your experiences, gain insight, heal, and explore your choices and what you want from life. By exploring your present, past and social context, we can identify longstanding patterns that may no longer serve you and consider new possibilities.

Therapy can be challenging as we approach difficult emotions and behaviours, but it can also be deeply rewarding, supporting greater self-awareness, healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.

Where appropriate, our work can include creative exploration, offering different ways to access emotions and insights that may be difficult to reach through words alone.

I welcome and affirm diverse, intersectional identities. My practice is explicitly anti- oppressive and recognises the impact of wider social and cultural systems on our lives and mental health. I hold a Gender, Sex and Relationship Diverse (GSRD) accredited postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
